Yes, we apply a 3.5% convenience fee for all payments made using credit or debit cards.

We do not offer refunds. Unlike a traditional retail store, we cannot take back the product used and we can't take back the time we spent on your vehicle. However, if there is something you feel was not done to your satisfaction, we will do everything in our power to make sure the problem is corrected.

Yes, please! We are there to detail the foundation of your vehicle, and in order to keep within proper time frames, please make sure all personal items, large trash, and firearms are removed prior to your detailer's arrival. For vehicles we have to clean out, we include a $25-$50 maid fee upon completion.

Our detail vehicles are equipped with everything the detailer needs. However, sometimes additional water is needed. It's very much appreciated if you can provide the location of the water upon arrival.
