Terms and conditions


These Terms and Conditions govern the use of Diamond State Car Salon’s services, including mobile detailing, auto detailing, window tinting, and Modesta vehicle coating.

Service Booking and Cancellation

Appointments must be scheduled in advance. A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or rescheduling must be made [XX hours/days] prior to the appointment.


Full payment is due upon completion of services. We accept [list accepted payment methods]. A 3.5% convenience fee is added for credit/debit card transactions.

Service Delivery

Our team will perform services as described in the selected package. The client must ensure the vehicle is accessible and in a condition that allows for detailing.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for removing personal belongings from their vehicle prior to detailing. Diamond State Car Salon is not responsible for lost or damaged items left in the vehicle.

Limitation of Liability

Diamond State Car Salon is not liable for pre-existing damage to the vehicle. Any concerns regarding service quality must be reported within [XX hours/days] of completion.

Privacy Policy

Client information is confidential and will not be shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law.

Amendments to Terms and Conditions
